Объем общих инвестиций для реализации проекта превышает 5 млрд рублей.
«Привлечение частных инвестиций в развитие региона, создание новых рабочих мест — это те задачи, которые ставит перед нами глава государства. Аналогов многофункционального торгово-развлекательного комплекса в Севастополе нет, и мы рассчитываем, что застройщику, соблюдая все нюансы и особенности города, удастся сделать интересный проект для жителей Гагаринского района», — сказал Михаил Развожаев.
