Севастопольский филиал фонда «Защитники Отечества» подвел итоги двухлетней работы. За весь период в фонд «Защитники Отечества» по Севастополю обратились за помощью, консультацией и поддержкой более 5 000 человек. Среди обратившихся ветераны специальной военной операции, члены семей погибших участников СВО, действующие военнослужащие и члены их семей. Всего за период работы севастопольского филиала поступило свыше 18 000 обращений как лично, так и по телефону «горячей линии». Все обращения рассмотрены. Более 96% обращений получили положительное решение.
«Показатель положительно решенных вопросов – главный показатель работы фонда. За каждым обращением стоит важный вопрос от нашего ветерана или его семьи. Мы понимаем, насколько значимы эти запросы, и при поддержке наших партнеров стремимся разрешить все вопросы как можно оперативнее и эффективнее», – рассказала руководитель филиала фонда «Защитники Отечества» в Севастополе Елена Анисимова.
Основные вопросы обращений в филиал фонда: получение статуса ветерана боевых действий и мер поддержки. Фонд занимается медицинской помощью, реабилитацией ветеранов СВО, обеспечением технических средств, адаптацией жилья, трудоустройством, спортом и культурными мероприятиями.
